Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering essential information regarding clients' mental health challenges, existing strengths, and available resources for effective treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, customizing your approach to meet varied client needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing specific goals and interventions tailored to promote positive client outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists—to create coordinated, client-centered treatment pathways.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed, maintaining an unwavering focus on client safety and well-being.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups focused on skill-building and enhancing clients' coping mechanisms.
