Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics with clients, thereby creating a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Maintain clear and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, following best practices in record-keeping for outpatient settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance abuse challenges.

• Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is one year of experience, candidates with additional years of practice in trauma-informed care, child and adolescent psychology, or community mental health settings will stand out. Compensation and Benefits\n
