Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager Porsche Brooklyn is currently seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager responsible for acquiring, reconditioning, marketing and selling pre-owned vehicles. Benefits $125,000-$175,000 annual salary based on experience Medical, Vision, Dental 401(k) Retirement Plan Group Life Insurance Paid Vacation Employee Discounts Responsibilities Acquisition of vehicles utilizing all channels Oversee reconditioning to the highest standards Set sales goals, track progress, and manage to achieve and exceed those quotas Maintain pricing, marketing, advertising and sales for pre-owned vehicles Ensure customer satisfaction through process and integrity Oversee leads and follow-up Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals Qualifications Prior sales management experience in luxury automotive sales required Strong knowledge of luxury and highline pre-owned vehicle appraisals and sales Ability to train and support the sales staff and assist in closing deals Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities with strong customer service skills Must possess the ability to run an efficient profitable department Porsche Brooklyn maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunity for all qualified employees.
