Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in your daily routine while ensuring you are part of an engaged and supportive team. You’ll work a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for some adjustments to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns and what they hope to achieve through therapy.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on client-specific goals, strengths, and preferences, ensuring that interventions are culturally relevant and respectful.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to the clients' unique needs.

• Assist clients in developing coping mechanisms and practical life skills that help them manage symptoms effectively and improve their overall functioning.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring all documentation reflects ongoing progress and treatment modifications.

• Participate actively in regular supervision, peer consultation, and professional development workshops to consistently enhance your clinical competency and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients who come from various backgrounds and face an array of mental health challenges—including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is required.

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
