Clinical PT Residency: Mentored Patient-Care Practice
Kaiser Permanente
The Kaiser Permanente Clinical Specialist Resident position is a 12-month, 52-week program beginning in February 2027 in California. It requires completing 850 hours of clinical practice as the primary provider of physical therapy services, plus 150 hours of mentored patient care under a content expert clinician.
Residents must achieve specified performance scores, attend didactic education, complete written and live examinations, and may contribute pro-bono services and research.
