Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of patients and devise personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, primarily focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, families, and couples facing mental health challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for patients to share their experiences and connect with others on a similar journey.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
