Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological status, needs, and goals, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Design and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, offering a safe platform for patients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, ensure continuity, and address the holistic needs of each patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and strategy implementation during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal, ethical, and accreditation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals from diverse backgrounds who are addressing a wide breadth of mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to work with clients who may present with varying complexities, including co-occurring disorders. The emphasis will be not only on diagnosis and treatment but also on building trust and understanding through empathetic communication.

Qualifications\n

• A valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's or Doctoral Degree preferred) from an accredited institution.
