As a remote therapist, you will interact with clients primarily through telemedicine while also participating in in-person sessions as necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Perform psychological evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental and emotional disorders, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans are developed for each client.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to discuss test results and treatment plans, enhancing the overall care delivered to clients.

• Utilize various therapeutic methods and practices to treat psychological disorders, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and more.

• Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met effectively.

• Participate in training on bariatric psychological evaluations, expanding your expertise and enhancing service offerings within our practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in retreats designed to enhance therapeutic skills and team dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, requiring you to apply a deep understanding of human behavior and cultural sensitivity in treatment approaches. Your work will contribute significantly to improving their mental health outcomes and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
\n
• Of note, at least 2 years of experience in the mental health field providing therapeutic services is essential.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed paperwork, including billing and insurance claims, in a timely manner.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and calmly in high-pressure situations.

• A thorough understanding of behavioral and affective disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation methods.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting psychological evaluations and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.

• Training or experience in the area of bariatric psychological evaluations is a plus.
\n
• Previous involvement in therapeutic retreats or group therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually. In addition to a generous salary, we provide:
