Work Environment\n

This role is remote, enabling flexibility while maintaining productivity in a supportive and collaborative virtual environment. Working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to manage your schedule while ensuring that patients receive timely care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, integrating cultural considerations to create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy during individual, family, and group sessions.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide a holistic approach to mental wellness.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health issues.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families, elaborating on mental health conditions and available resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in case conferences and cultural competency training to continually enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Stay updated on mental health research and treatment modalities that can enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience\n
