Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing licensure or completing their Master’s programs, guiding them through their therapeutic education.

• Deliver direct psychotherapy services to clients from diverse backgrounds, employing evidence-based practices and tailored approaches to meet varied therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address clients’ unique challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health, integrating new knowledge into therapy sessions to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will impact a wide range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By building strong therapeutic alliances, you will facilitate the growth and development of clients in a supportive environment, adapting your techniques to fit the unique needs of each person, couple, or family you work with.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Professional liability insurance coverage.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have a proven ability to supervise and mentor emerging therapists. Experience in telehealth and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
