Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster productive therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address concerns, schedule upcoming appointments, and determine discharge readiness when suitable.

• Design, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, to track client development.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs thoroughly.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our organization primarily serves a diverse array of individuals seeking therapeutic support for various issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
\n
• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and providing individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and basic computer skills for documentation and telehealth communications.

• Experience in a telehealth environment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, plus productivity bonuses and hiring incentives.
