The work schedule for this role typically spans Monday to Friday, consisting of 40 hours per week with a start time of 5:00 PM. This structured yet dynamic environment allows for continuous team collaboration and efficient decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to trauma alerts, performing swift assessments of patients' conditions to determine necessary interventions.
• Stabilize critically injured patients and provide immediate, life-saving treatments while preventing further deterioration.
• Assist in resuscitation efforts during emergency situations, demonstrating your clinical expertise and quick thinking under pressure.
• Facilitate interprofessional care coordination, ensuring that trauma patients receive appropriate treatment across various medical departments.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and apply clinical judgment to develop effective treatment plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed by supervising physicians while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
• Assist in performing invasive procedures and manage wound care, ensuring all actions align with established guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this Physician Assistant position is competitive, ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
