Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients, utilizing standardized assessments and clinical interviews to determine strengths, challenges, and goals in their treatment journey. Provide accurate diagnoses consistent with DSM-5 classifications.

• Individual and Group Therapy: Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Use evidence-based techniques to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship difficulties.

• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments and client input. Continuously monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic interventions as needed, ensuring that interventions align with evolving client goals.

• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Engage with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to coordinate client services effectively. • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to all HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
