Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to perform your job duties from the comfort of your own home while delivering care to our patients via telehealth services or in-person sessions when appropriate. Our team operates with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new clients to identify specific needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide supportive counseling and therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and provide valuable resources for clients.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate holistic care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and support during urgent mental health emergencies, employing appropriate methodologies and resources.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community.
\n
• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health therapy.

• Contribute to the clinic’s overall success by maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes and satisfaction.

You will work with a diverse client base that spans various demographics and backgrounds, addressing a wide array of mental health issues. Your ability to connect with clients from different walks of life will be critical in building trust and rapport, ensuring effective treatment delivery, and supporting their journey towards improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees such as Master’s or Doctoral degrees are preferred and may enhance your application.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Massachusetts as Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience in providing therapy to individuals and groups, especially within outpatient settings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications to maintain client documentation.

• A commitment to maintaining boundaries and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
