Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health to provide accurate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure clients can reach and exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation including treatment plans, session notes, and follow-up evaluations in alignment with organizational policies.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care, ensuring that all stakeholders (including case managers and family members) are informed and involved in the treatment process as appropriate.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding compassionately to client needs and inquiries while modeling professional boundaries.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, contributing insights and feedback aimed at continuous improvement of practices and protocols.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
