Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored therapy plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using culturally responsive approaches to address diverse client needs.

• Regularly monitor client progress through ongoing assessments and feedback, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in EHRs, adhering to organizational policies and legal requirements.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Ultimate Support Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients, each facing unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
