Spring Valley Psychiatric Services is seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists—Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)—to join our growing team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities\nYour daily activities will encompass a variety of essential functions that directly contribute to patient care and organizational success:

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists for integrated care delivery. \n
- Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of therapeutic services provided. \n
- Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methods, and available resources in the community. \n
- Engaging in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health practices. \n

Qualifications\nThe ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

- An active license in the state of New Jersey to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. \n

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with:
