Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time assignment spans the upcoming academic year, with interviews kicking off now for a tentative August start. Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina
• Prior experience in school-based OT roles strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ECATS documentation and processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teams, students, and families
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy interventions and assessments in accordance with each student’s educational plan
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment goals
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills required for classroom participation
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
