Work Environment

In this onsite setting, you will work regular hours from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients referred from various medical professionals, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Implement rehabilitation strategies across a spectrum of specialties such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, tailoring interventions to patient-specific needs.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic care using advanced techniques to enhance patient function and mobility, making impactful changes in their health conditions.
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment techniques and home exercise programs, offering education and training to foster independence.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, employing evidence-based practices and ensuring high standards of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes, adhering to regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be treating a diverse clientele that includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sport-related injuries, neurological conditions, and more. We emphasize a holistic approach to rehabilitation, focusing not just on physical restoration but also on empowering patients by setting and achieving functional goals that enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient engagement and education.
• Proficient in using digital tools for patient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, with a proven track record in delivering effective patient care.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient-centered practices.
• Strong skills in building rapport with patients and their families, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
