Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments of students to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring appropriate support and intervention strategies are developed.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic practices to guide students through their challenges.

• Collaborate with teachers and school administration to create tailored service plans that align with students’ goals and support educational success.

• Advocate for student rights and ensure access to necessary resources and support systems within the school environment.

• Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs aimed at addressing specific needs within the student population, including involvement in grant reporting and resource allocation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on school-aged children and their families, with an emphasis on addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work with students facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties, ensuring that each client receives personalized and effective treatment to foster their growth and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
