Step into a vital contract opportunity offering meaningful impact with students across several school settings in the Olathe, KS area. This role involves delivering occupational therapy services to a diverse student population at multiple elementary schools. You’ll serve approximately 50-60 students and have the autonomy to organize your own daily schedule, visiting an average of 1-3 schools per day.

Your expertise will make a real difference in helping students develop the skills they need for success in both academic and everyday settings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active KS Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Prior experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist or in pediatric settings is preferred
• Ability to independently manage a flexible caseload and coordinate services across multiple school sites
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, direct therapy, and consultative services for K-12 students
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates
• Travel between Camber, Bridges Academy, New Chelsea Elementary, Emerson Elementary, and Welborn Elementary as scheduled
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
• Foster positive working relationships with educational staff, students, and families
