Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying unique needs and developing tailored care plans.

• Complete all necessary documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, within specified time frames to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Stay current in your professional development by pursuing ongoing training and educational opportunities relevant to mental health practice.

• Complete all licensure requirements and participate in mandatory training to maintain your professional qualifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patients will primarily be individuals and families from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) is mandatory.
