Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, challenges, and personal goals.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients of all ages experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, using telehealth platforms.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring the therapeutic goals align with their unique needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques and appropriate referrals to higher levels of care if needed.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, equipping them with effective coping strategies and connecting them with relevant community resources for supplemental support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, which include assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, to adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal mandates in therapy practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent are prioritized.

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity when working with a diverse range of clients, incorporating their unique backgrounds and experiences into the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
