Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing technology, providing a convenient platform for both therapist and client.

• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include stable adults seeking to improve their mental well-being. They are pre-screened to ensure they can benefit from teletherapy interventions, making your role focused on moderately low-acuity cases. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• Strong understanding and practical experience in mood disorder treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills, fostering rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience, particularly focusing on mood disorders.
