Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LMFT will include a wide range of responsibilities aimed at providing exceptional mental health care. Your daily tasks will involve:

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions to aid in the improvement of communication, conflict resolution, and relationship enhancement.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans to meet evolving needs and goals.

• Maintaining precise documentation of client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engaging in crisis intervention as required, to support clients during acute distress or emergencies.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
