The work setting for this position is primarily remote, enabling counselors to connect with clients without geographical limitations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, effectively building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review treatment progress, discuss goals, and determine when discharge is appropriate.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized person-centered treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and client needs.
\n
• Keep accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments that evaluate client needs and develop appropriate strategies for treatment.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and clinical support.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications\n
