This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while being an integral part of our outpatient psychiatry team. A standard work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible evening shifts depending on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are mindful of developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that effectively address a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues.

• Collaborate consistently with child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Required licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and proven experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, in addition to eligibility for bonuses. We also offer a sign-on bonus to new hires. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
