Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and social resources.

• Deliver innovative individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients using evidence-based modalities.

• Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, focusing on their goals and preferred therapeutic approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention services including risk assessments and safety planning when necessary, ensuring client safety and immediate support.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and peer support groups, enhancing community connection among clients.

• Work collaboratively with a treatment team that may include psychiatrists and psychologists to create cohesive and coordinated care plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
