Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals based on their unique psychological needs.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain and document clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and evaluation summaries, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Actively monitor and engage with a diverse caseload of clients, adjusting treatment plans and care strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to foster understanding and support systems that enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve clinical skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic methodologies.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, working to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.

• Offer educational resources and support programs for clients and their families to encourage mental well-being and community connectedness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be serving a varied patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Your expertise will assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges while promoting personal growth and resilience. You will also work in conjunction with primary care providers to create integrative care strategies that address the holistic needs of individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required, with a master’s degree or doctorate strongly preferred.

• Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, or additional certifications in therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. Experience with diverse populations and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
