Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically targets children and adolescents, offering therapeutic support to those facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and conduct disorders. The mental health professional will work closely with families to create a supportive and understanding atmosphere, contributing to the holistic well-being of young people and their caregivers.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and family therapy to young individuals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a nurturing, child-centered approach.

• Proven ability to develop rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant tools for documentation and care management.

Preferred Experience\n

While the required experience for this position is a minimum of 2 years in a relevant field, candidates with additional experience working specifically with children and adolescents in a clinical setting will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n
