Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups that address prevalent mental health themes, helping patients connect and share experiences.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.
