Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of empirically supported treatment approaches tailored to address each client's unique needs.

• Thoroughly assess new client histories, working closely with patients and fellow mental health professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance program activities, ensuring optimal therapeutic experiences for all patients.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, exchanging insights and strategies with psychiatric providers and other clinicians.

• Document ongoing assessments of patient progress using approved platforms, maintaining accountability and up-to-date records.

• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, adapting strategies to promote better patient outcomes.

• Contribute to the credentialing committee and perform other tasks as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inspire Counseling Center, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children and families experiencing developmental differences, anxiety, depression, and various behavioral health challenges. Our diverse clientele requires knowledgeable clinicians who can adapt their therapeutic modalities to address varying ages and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field, with active licensure in the state of Washington (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
