Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, employing comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation that adheres to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring accurate records of client sessions and progress.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams focused on delivering holistic client care, participating in case reviews and strategy sessions for effective treatment planning.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and literature reviews, keeping abreast of advancements in mental health therapy and methodologies.

• Execute efficient workflow processes by managing client referrals and scheduling to optimize care delivery and minimize wait times for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in professional counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current LPC license in New Jersey, with an understanding of state laws governing mental health practice.
