Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns and personal strengths, enabling informed treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, to deliver individualized and group therapy.

• Design, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and progress, ensuring they have a clear path toward recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to provide a holistic approach to clients’ care, ensuring coordinated treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and engage in risk assessments to prioritize client safety, facilitating timely and appropriate support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical interventions and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, allowing clients to connect with one another while learning valuable coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals experiencing substance use disorders combined with co-occurring mental health issues. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities associated with addiction and trauma, allowing you to support a diverse clientele on their road to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience working within a mental health or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
