Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that all clinical interventions align with identified needs and clinical best practices.

• Perform initial comprehensive evaluations, establish effective treatment plans, and prioritize care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues through well-documented assessments and treatment plans, ensuring continuous communication during patient rounds and departmental meetings.

• Deliver ethical and timely documentation adhering to departmental standards and practices.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including completing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions and developing tailored service plans for outpatient clients.

• Provide case management services through consultation and collaboration with both hospital teams and community resources to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n
