Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment plans.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families experiencing relational and emotional difficulties.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other modalities as appropriate.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals for clients requiring additional resources, such as medication management or specialized services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Our patient population comprises children, adolescents, adults, and families in need of support for their mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
