Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms, severity, and treatment needs related to mood disorders.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adapt treatment plans as needed to best support their mental health objectives.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans following legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to refine your clinical skills.

• Actively participate in advocacy efforts to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and promote awareness of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. You will work with a diverse client demographic, including adults and adolescents, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages openness and trust. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients through their recovery paths, helping them navigate their challenges with empathy and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on mood disorders preferred.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and its implications in treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
