Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with a patient population comprised of stable, low-acuity adults who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following unrestricted licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Possession of a clean disciplinary record is essential; no limited/provisional licenses will be accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to connect with clients empathetically.

• Proficient in the use of technology and possess strong computer literacy skills to facilitate remote therapy effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your experience and the hours you choose to work. In addition to a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, further enhancing your overall compensation package.
