Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed, maintaining composure and professionalism in high-pressure scenarios.

• Provide resources and referrals to community supports and additional healthcare services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will employ evidence-based treatment methods that respect cultural competencies, ensuring that all clients feel heard, respected, and understood. Your work will directly contribute to the improvement of their mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW within the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on a variety of mental health conditions.

• Proven understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to implement evidence-based treatment therapies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients.

• Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
