Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Engage in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing insights regarding patient care strategies and treatment progress.

• Promptly report any psychiatric or medical crises to designated medical leadership, ensuring swift intervention and support.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in patient clinical records, adhering strictly to our established standards.

• Participate in Quality Improvement programs to enhance care delivery and attend training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify patients’ healthcare needs effectively, ensuring timely intervention.

• Collaborate with our Center of Excellence Team to provide specialized support to patients dealing with Opioid Use Disorder.

Qualifications\n
