Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• School-based experience with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and engaging families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy for a caseload of approximately 30 students
• Develop, implement, and document individualized IEP goals and progress
• Work onsite across Meadows Elementary and a Head Start program
• Consult with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families to best support each student
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services within the school setting

This is an onsite position with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week during the academic year, allowing you to commit to student growth while building lasting professional relationships.
