Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological health, social circumstances, and emotional well-being, ensuring accurate treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating research-backed therapeutic methods to drive successful outcomes.

• Track and document client progress meticulously, making necessary modifications to treatment approaches based on ongoing feedback and assessment results.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, primarily focusing on women aged 35-55, addressing both common and complex issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care for clients, ensuring effective referrals to specialists or additional services when required.

• Maintain continual professional development and stay updated with ethical and legal standards in counseling to uphold the highest care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be assisting female clients within the age range of 35 to 55, a demographic that often experiences unique and significant life changes. You will provide tailored counseling services addressing specific challenges they may face, such as emotional struggles during midlife transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, and stress management techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing counseling services, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical practices relevant to counseling.
\n
• The ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team setting, emphasizing effective communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
