Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster mental health improvement.

• Encourage clients to explore and discuss their emotions and past experiences, facilitating greater self-awareness and deeper insights into their relationships.

• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in defining therapeutic goals and developing actionable steps toward achieving these objectives.

• Regularly evaluate clients' mental health conditions and craft individualized treatment plans employing solution-focused strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize our intuitive all-in-one counseling dashboard, which includes features for live sessions (video/text), messaging, and record-keeping, to efficiently manage client interactions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay current with best practices in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults with low acuity needs, ensuring that you focus your efforts on clients who are well-matched with your specialties and demographic preferences. Clients are screened and referred to you based on suitability, allowing for a more tailored therapeutic experience devoid of severe mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure by the state of Arizona in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to client care.

• Competence in technological tools, ensuring effective communication and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

At least two years of experience in the mental health counseling field is required. Experience working with adult clients and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

Our salary range for qualified candidates is competitive, offering an annual income between USD 90,000 and 104,000 depending on hours worked and client load. In addition to a sign-on bonus, full-time counselors are eligible for:
