Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality clinical services to clients, including the development and implementation of individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans.

• Conducting continuous assessments of clients to identify their evolving treatment needs, ensuring responsive and effective care.
\n
• Collaborating with clients to create and update their individual service plans, facilitating their journey toward recovery and stability.
\n
• Empowering clients with coping strategies, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills necessary for everyday living.

• Educating clients on available community resources and acting as an advocate to connect them with appropriate support services to enhance their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals aged 18 and older, many of whom may experience challenges related to mental illness, affecting their ability to maintain community stability and independence. Your work will be instrumental in guiding them through their recovery process and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current state licensure, which includes one of the following credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A clean licensure record with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• The ability to practice independently and without supervision in a virtual format.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
