Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Thorough Assessments: Perform comprehensive evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of clients' mental health issues, allowing you to accurately establish clinical diagnoses and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy: Utilize proven therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring alignment with clients' specific goals and psychological needs.

• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing crisis management techniques and safety planning.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous and secure client records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with professional ethics and legal standards.

• Collaborative Care: Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients have access to comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
