Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely, providing a convenient work-life balance while making a significant impact on clients' lives. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilizing digital platforms to conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and document client progress. While you will primarily work during standard office hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, some flexibility for evening shifts may be required to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in substance-related emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate and effective assistance.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking.

You will primarily focus on clients struggling with substance use disorders at various stages of their recovery process. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses. We are also pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
