In this role, you'll meet virtually with veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and working families to help them understand available  life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits . You'll provide personalized guidance, assist with enrollment, and continue supporting clients after coverage is in place.

This position combines  customer service, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative sales  in a fully remote environment.

No previous insurance experience is required.  We provide structured training, mentorship, professional development, and guidance through the insurance licensing process.

What You'll Do

As a  Remote Insurance Specialist , you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.

Client Consultations & Benefits Education

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone
• Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and coverage goals
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
• Answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, and policy features
• Provide needs-based coverage recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation

Client Service & Relationship Management

• Deliver professional, personalized customer service
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and consistent communication
• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests
• Provide ongoing policy support
• Assist clients with navigating the claims process when needed
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up documentation
• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Professional Development

• Complete structured virtual onboarding and training
• Participate in weekly coaching and mentorship
• Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Continue building insurance and product knowledge

This opportunity uses a  commission-based compensation structure rather than an hourly wage or guaranteed salary .

• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Licensing guidance is available for candidates who are not currently licensed.
