Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments designed to uncover clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to establish accurate diagnoses.

• Create individualized treatment plans that detail specific therapeutic goals, employing evidence-based modalities suitable for each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on fostering an environment of trust and openness to allow clients to explore their feelings and experiences.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, creating actionable safety plans, and coordinating with emergency services as necessary.

• Keep meticulous and confidential client records that adhere to ethical standards, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive holistic care across all levels of their treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about therapeutic processes, mental health literacy, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
