This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Punta Gorda, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic modalities, such as manual therapy techniques, rehabilitative exercise, and patient education, to promote optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to share insights and strengthen patient outcomes through evidence-based care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, including assessments and treatment modifications, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, conditions, and techniques to foster ongoing engagement and empowerment throughout the recovery process.
• Meet minimum utilization and productivity goals, contributing to the clinic's operational excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of patients across multiple specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a related role.
• Current CPR Certificate to ensure the highest level of patient safety.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications to maintain patient records and treatment documentation.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with patients, enabling them to achieve their rehabilitation goals and beyond.

• Experience in managing a broad spectrum of patient conditions, particularly in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. Amiral Physical Therapy offers a competitive compensation package, including:
