This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule while ensuring you meet the required minimum of 25 clients per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide therapeutic treatment to clients in a hospice context, utilizing your expertise in individual and group therapy.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and thorough client records using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses and physicians, to develop holistic care plans that address both emotional and medical needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in clinical social work.

• Manage client caseload effectively while providing compassionate support to individuals and their families throughout the hospice process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client demographic will include adults facing chronic illness, end-of-life issues, and associated emotional challenges. You will provide a vital support system for patients and their families, creating a safe space to address grief, anxiety, and psychological distress. Experience and sensitivity toward the LGBTQIA+ community and diverse populations will be viewed favorably, enhancing our commitment to inclusive care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

• Current active LCSW license to practice in the State of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
